Chiropractic

A Chiropractic treatment involves the use of adjustments, modalities (cold laser, IFC etc.) and muscle release to provide patients with a decrease in pain and improvements in ROM and function.


Acupuncture

Acupuncture can be used to decrease pain and improve function. It works by bringing blood flow to the area and improves the connection between the nerves and muscles, called neuromodulation.


Massage Therapy

Dr. Fabbro earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Throughout her clinical internship she gained clinical experience in a hospital setting at Erie Country Medical Centre (ECMC), treated complex post-operative patients at UB Neurosurgery and worked on students and members of the community at the Hageman Family Chiropractic clinic.​

Dr. Fabbro attained her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certificate from McMaster University in Fall 2019. Additionally, Dr. Fabbro graduated from McMaster University with her Bachelor of Science degree.

Dr. Fabbro is a certified pilates instructor. She gained her Level 1: Mat Certification in June 2020 and is currently working towards her Level 2: Reformer Certification and will be complete in April 2021.

Dr. Fabbro utilizes evidence-based guidelines to assess and communicate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans to treat her patients. She uses a diverse range of treatments including chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, clinical pilates, rehabilitative exercise and patient education.

Erin graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in April 2022 for Massage therapy. Prior to that she attended the University of Guelph - Humber, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and a diploma in fitness and health Promotion.

Growing up in sports such a gymnastics and track and field, she knows the importance of injury prevention and participation in the activities you love without pain or restriction.

Erin uses a personalized approach to each treatment using a variety or techniques like Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and remedial exercise. She will help educate and motivate you to be autonomous in your own health journey, as she knows, no two people are the same.
